Refund policy

At Handlathe PH, we take pride in the quality of our products. To ensure fairness and transparency, please review our return and exchange guidelines:

  • Damaged During Shipment
    If your item arrives damaged, a complete unboxing video must be provided as proof. The video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed condition. Verified claims are eligible for item replacement.

  • Customer-Caused Damage
    Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, modification, or handling by the customer are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Incorrect Size / Fitment
    If the item size or fitment is incorrect, we offer a free exchange, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

  • Minor Physical Imperfections (e.g., dents)
    Items received with verified manufacturing defects or dents are eligible for free exchange.


Warranty Information

Handlathe PH provides a one-week limited warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect sizing or fitment issues

  • Verified product faults under normal use

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Customer-inflicted damage

  • Modified or altered products


For any concerns, customers must contact us promptly and provide necessary proof (photos/videos) for evaluation.
