Damaged During Shipment
If your item arrives damaged, a complete unboxing video must be provided as proof. The video must clearly show the package being opened from its sealed condition. Verified claims are eligible for item replacement. -
Customer-Caused Damage
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, modification, or handling by the customer are not eligible for refund or exchange. -
Incorrect Size / Fitment
If the item size or fitment is incorrect, we offer a free exchange, provided the item is unused and in original condition. -
Minor Physical Imperfections (e.g., dents)
Items received with verified manufacturing defects or dents are eligible for free exchange.
Warranty Information
Handlathe PH provides a one-week limited warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers:
